When you call a business that uses CernoDesk, your call is answered by an automated virtual front desk rather than a person. Calls are recorded and transcribed. You will hear a notice at the beginning of every call. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may end the call and contact the business by another means.

What we capture. The audio of the call, a written transcript of it, and the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, service address, and a description of what you need.

Why we capture it. To understand your request, book your appointment, pass an accurate message to the business you called, and improve the accuracy of the service.

Who can access it. The business you called, and CernoGlobus personnel supporting the service. We do not sell recordings or transcripts, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it. Recordings and transcripts are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Automated processing. Your call is handled by an AI voice agent. If you ask to speak to a person, we will transfer you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as messaging delivery (for example, our telephony provider), is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related text messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, missed-call follow-ups, estimate or service follow-ups, review requests, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not affect service by phone.
