Terms of Service

CernoGlobus is a brand of CyberSainya LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, products, and services, including our AI receptionist and SMS messaging program (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CernoGlobus provides AI-powered communication and business automation tools, including a virtual front desk that answers calls and texts, captures leads, follows up with customers, and — on qualifying plans — books appointments on behalf of businesses. Features, availability, and functionality may change from time to time as we improve the Service.

Your subscription price is the sum of a volume pack and a feature pack, as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

A one-time setup fee of $299 is payable at the start of service, plus $149 for each additional business location. The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

Each volume pack includes a monthly allowance of voice minutes and text messages. Email is unlimited. Usage beyond your included allowance is billed in arrears at $0.35 per additional voice minute and $0.03 per additional text message.

Included allowances are provided for normal business use. We may contact you if sustained usage materially exceeds your plan, and may require an upgrade to continue service.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices on 30 days' written notice.

Service is provided month to month. Either party may cancel at any time on 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the then-current billing month.

On cancellation we disable call forwarding to the Service. Any usage incurred before the effective cancellation date remains payable.

You keep ownership of your business phone number. We never port or transfer your number. Calls reach the Service only because you choose to forward them, and you may switch that forwarding off at any time.

Calls placed to a business using the Service are recorded and transcribed, and callers are notified at the beginning of each call. Recordings and transcripts are automatically deleted after 90 days.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including call recording, complies with the laws applicable to you and to your callers. We provide the recording notice as a standard part of the Service but do not provide legal advice regarding recording-consent requirements in any jurisdiction.

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive recurring service-related text messages including appointment confirmations and reminders, missed-call follow-ups, estimate or service follow-ups, review requests, and occasional service offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or compromise its security, use it to send unlawful or unsolicited communications, infringe others’ rights, or violate any applicable laws or carrier requirements.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberSainya LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
